Installation

Activtrix should be installed to Bitrix24 from Bitrix24Market.

Getting Started

Before use, you must activate the action to Activtrix by click on the Turn on.

Workflow Actions

Get leads from CRM

Action allows you to search for the leads according to the specified conditions for selecting elements. The result of the execution is to obtain an array of lead IDs that meet the specified conditions.

Maximum number of elements which will be returned as result of the query - 10 000 elements.


Add action

Please ensure that Get leads from CRM is active on the application page.

Use context menu to add [Activtrix] Get leads from CRM action to workflow scheme:

  1. Select category Application actions;
  2. Choose [Activtrix] Get leads from CRM.

Action parameters

Use configuration dialog to edit action parameters:

Parameter Description
Title Defines action title.
By default the title is action type name.
Conditions Element selection condition.
The condition has three section: field, operator, value, "##" - there is delimiter.
For a list of operators, see the subsection "Operators"
Run as User under which the action is performed.
Set status message Alows you to enable the ability to set the status of a workflow.
Status text Defines status text. By default the status text "Waiting for application response".
Wait for response Determines whether to wait for a response from an action after launch.
Timeout Waiting time for a response from Activtrix.
Indicated in seconds, minutes, hours, days, but not less than 10 minutes and not more than 1 hour.

Get deals from CRM

Action allows you to search for the deals according to the specified conditions for selecting elements. The result of the execution is to obtain an array of deal IDs that meet the specified conditions.

Maximum number of elements which will be returned as result of the query - 10 000 elements.


Add action

Please ensure that Get deals from CRM is active on the application page.

Use context menu to add [Activtrix] Get deals from CRM action to workflow scheme:

  1. Select category Application actions;
  2. Choose [Activtrix] Get deals from CRM.
